Text Box: Shift swaps The employee fills in the request for changes to their shifts. The system will email the manager, as well as both the employees informing them of the request, and the request will appear on the managers’ task screen to be handled. As soon as the manager approves or denies the request, both employees are informed via email. If the swap has been approved, then the schedules are changed automatically.
