Text Box: Availability The employee fills in the request for changes to their availability, for a period or indefinitely. The system will email the manager, informing them of the request and the request will appear on the managers’ task screen to be handled. As soon as the manager approves or denies the request, the employee is informed via email and the request result also appears on the employee’s web site. The change in availability will reflect on the managers’ scheduling screen immediately.
